My father is 87 years old. A country man. He doesn’t take medications. Everything natural. He is my example. ❤️

I live alone. All my children are married now and have families of their own. Life is wonderful. Today I’m 65, and I’m enjoying it fully by doing everything I love. I have 2 grandchildren, and I spend wonderful playtime moments with them, but then, when they leave, Grandpa and I enjoy the peace and quiet of our home. 😊

Beautiful story. 6 years ago I decided to live with my daughter, but first I spoke plainly with her: I told her I loved her, and my two grandchildren too, but that my grandchildren were her responsibility. I can help whenever I want, but without taking on the responsibility. Inside her house there is an apartment, and I’m independent. I sleep in, go out when I want, and decide to help if I want. Excellent video. I exercise every day; it fills me with energy. I study a language and read, I get a yearly checkup, I stay hydrated, and I eat vegetables and fruit. I’m a 60-year-old woman, and I feel 40. It helps me stay at peace.
